IMPORTANT: Import duties, taxes, and tariffs are determined by your country’s government, not by Bananaz Brazil Ltd.

• Bananaz is not liable for customs clearance fees, including new USA tariffs, or for any delays caused by customs holding your package.
• Our online prices do not include import duties, taxes, tariff's or other charges you may incur when your order arrives in your country. These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside our control.
• Customs notifications: We are not responsible if your country’s postal authority does not notify you that your package is awaiting payment of duties or taxes. Please monitor your tracking details to avoid delays.
• Our Garments are designed and Manufactured in Brazil.

Important reminders:

• If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, a $40 return fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit to cover the cost of return shipping.
• Bananaz does not cover return shipping costs, and customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes & Tariff's on exchanges.
